  • Personal Training

    A specialized approach to fitness where I create tailored exercise programs, motivate and encourage you 1:1, help you identify and overcome obstacles, and make sure you stay safe and consistent with your workouts.

  • Group Fitness Training

    With group fitness training, you will be in a group setting, allowing you to support and motivate each other throughout the workout. Mrs. Tru U will guide and challenge you, making sure you will get the most out of each class.

  • Virtual Training

    Mrs. Tru U will provide a training program & monitor you from a distance through video confrencing. In this way, clients will experience the same instruction as they would if they were doing traditional in-person personal training.
